Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Chhotu Foundation, every purchase and contribution helps support our charitable initiatives and educational programs.
Donations
All donations made through the website are voluntary contributions towards our charitable mission.
As donations are immediately allocated to social initiatives, they are generally non refundable.
If a duplicate payment or technical error occurs, please contact us within seven days with the transaction details. Genuine cases will be reviewed and resolved appropriately.
Product Orders
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product was received in a damaged condition.
- The order cannot be fulfilled by Chhotu Foundation.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within seven to ten business days.
Campaign Products
Campaign specific purchases, sponsored Rakhi initiatives, contribution based products, and similar charitable campaign items are generally non refundable unless there is an error from our side.
